Coming into Rehab for the first time ever was a frightening experience for me. Nurse Kelli showed compassion and professionalism in my every encounter with her. She helped me to feel at ease so I could more readily concentrate on healing. She impacted my day to day care with her impeccable communication in the most cheerful manner. She always had a smile and always came in my room asking "What can I do to help you?". She has such a positive attitude that is highly contagious and it gave me the courage to work harder on getting better. This extraordinary human connection made a tremendous difference in my stay there. The whole staff is amazing from the helpful techs to the therapists, however, nurse Kelli went above and beyond her duties to make my stay comfortable and worry free. This is a priceless talent she displays to all her patients!
