During my stay in the ICU, I feel that all of the staff has been extraordinary. What made Kelli stand out was that she went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met. She treated me compassionately, never expressed any judgment for the reasons I was there, and really made me feel like a human being and not just another patient. I know I have been demanding, but she has been empathetic and professional in her response to me and she has gone out of her way to help me through this scary and painful experience.
