Kellie's whole demeanor was always so humble and comforting. Even though she was super busy, I'm sure, she still took the time to stop by and update us on the status of my son's pain meds, care plan, etc. We were never in the dark about what was happening, what something meant, or what we were waiting on to go through. My son absolutely adored her and trusted her without complaint to do whatever she needed to do to him. Kellie's presence was overall soothing, sympathetic but detached enough to not cause alarm when giving difficult information.
