She is always friendly and professional. She sent my 99 year old husband a care package to the hotel he was staying at while I was in the hospital.
She helped him (my husband) get a hotel for the time I was here.
She explained the procedures to my family over and over again so we would understand what was going to happened during the procedure and after.
