Kelly Cotte, RN became my nurse in November as I arrived very ill. I felt such peace and quiet as she worked with an assurance, and I felt very safe. Kelly was also training someone, and I could tell Kelly showed compassion and excellence with her care and imprints that on others. Kelly has integrity in her life and imparts excellent nursing skills and empathy to all she cares for. Kelly was completely tuned into the patient and took me down to radiology to have a tube removed. Wherever Kelly goes, she is kind and positive to other staff members - many pleases and thank yous to anyone who helped. She provides dignity for the patient and true excellence of care.
