Kelly was very helpful and understanding in every way. She lightened the mood with humor which was awesome. Her patient was going to need a catheter if he could not urinate. When he finally did urinate, she replied "yay! no need for a catheter". When she was done with her shift, she took the time to introduce us to the nurse coming on shift and again with humor. She said hopefully she wouldn't be seeing us again soon. Great way to change a depressed mood with humor. Kelly most definitely made this stay at the hospital easier and more positive than expected and she deserves the DAISY Award. Thanks Kelly!
