Kelly Bailey is an extremely caring and compassionate nurse who easily relates to patients, provides comfort, and makes cancer patients feel at ease. There are countless times where I am in the middle of a procedure, patients are clearly anxious, and instantly feel comforted by Kelly's friendly, funny disposition. Beyond that, she goes above and beyond by organizing gifts and cards for patients, which provide an extra special touch that truly brings patients back. Her efforts in making everyone feel comfortable, attention to detail, and the needs of each patient make me thrilled to nominate her. I have no reservations about her DAISY candidacy as she is a fantastic nurse that has made life easier!
