My husband was a patient for about a week as he had to undergo a life-changing surgery. All of our nurses were awesome and really went above and beyond when caring for my husband and our family. I am nominating Kelly because she has such a great bedside manner and made us feel welcome. We just felt like we were in good hands. Kelly prayed over us and was super attentive to our concerns and care/well-being. We love the fact that Kelly was good at building relationships; this was evident from day one. If we had questions for the doctor, she was our liaison and advocate. My husband absolutely loved when she was assigned to him because he knew he would be looked after and cared for. Kelly has a way of showing empathy and being a big encourager for her patients. She made dealing with my husband's unexpected illness so much easier during our stay. She is truly a blessing and worthy of being nominated because she is truly EXTRAORDINARY!! The best part, she called us on her day off to check in on us! Thank you!
