Kelly Bates was an absolute delight from the beginning! She was my nurse for a routine heart screening, became my guide to the Emergency Room, and was my pre and Post-op procedure nurse at the Cath Lab. During my stay in the ER, she guided me to understand my options regarding insurance, eased my concern as a patient and treated me like her own son. I am forever grateful for her angelic role to a healthier heart!
