Though she is relatively new here, Kelly has won the confidence of her nurses and the respect of all colleagues. She is a born leader with good clinical judgment and has kept morale high in very difficult times. She goes way above and beyond.

Over the past month, I have had numerous providers, pharmacists, and staff persons stop and tell me what an outstanding job Kelly has been doing. Our clerical staff and providers have applauded her for her focus and ability to conduct a useful PCMH huddle. One of our doctors commended her for her team work, intelligence, and great attitude while helping Derm. I cannot say enough about her work ethic. Kelly has been coming in early and staying late. She has been working hard leading her peers through a very tough last couple of months. She has a wonderful way with patients, providers, and staff. Kelly has only been here a year, but she has truly proven that she is an essential part of our team.
