Kelly was awesome form the start. My son was no longer scared of the ER and she actually made the visit enjoyable. She involved him in his care. She talked to him and had him help her make choices like what arm to take blood pressure and also allowed him to syringe the antibiotics he had to take. She gave us stickers for him and his sister and coloring books. She is a people person and great with kids.
