Kelly Birk was patient, knowledgeable, and concerned during my time spent with her during my appointment in Cape Girardeau. She was thorough in answering my questions; after informing me about what was going to occur during my visit she informed me of current health care considerations: 1. Flu shot 2. Shingles vaccine 3. Need for advance directives and living will.
