Kelly has offered to precept several of our nurses when they start with any of our clinics. She goes out of her way to create a binder with vital information to help aid them in their learning process. She has recently been a preceptor to a nurse who stated, "without Kelly's help and support I am not sure I could have made it through. Kelly has displayed leadership skills that set her apart from her peers. I am very appreciative of the tremendous impact Kelly has made on me during my time with her."
Kelly continues to follow-up and help those newer nurses, knowing that not everything can be learned in a 6 week period. Her willingness to volunteer to float and precept on a regular basis are the reasons I want to recognize her.
