She was instrumental in finding a place to get my blood done prior to my heart catheterization. I was out of town and through her efforts, she saved me from an unnecessary 3 hour trip to Raleigh.
She ensured the place could do the test and get results back to UNC in ample time. She called the day after the blood work to see if the test was done.
After my procedure, Kelly arranged for me to get cardiac rehab at a facility in another city. She sent orders and followed up to ensure everything was arranged.
I have never had a nurse take charge and make things happen as well as she did. She is a wonderful support to the UNC healthcare team.
