Kelly is an absolute pleasure to work alongside! She is such a compassionate, optimistic, and resourceful nurse. She is always encouraging self-care for her colleagues by getting the unit together to do nightly squats. She displays urgency for her critical patients and is always providing over-the-top care for her patients. She will always talk her patients through each step of their care so that it decreases their anxiety (even those sick patients who are on sedation.) Kelly is a great role model to everyone and she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Kelly is one spectacular nurse.
