Kelly went above and beyond for a patient who required an insulin pump. The patient had noticed issues with his pump for the past few weeks prior to admission. During his admission his blood sugars were elevated and his pump was malfunctioning. Kelly came in on her day off (Saturday) to help set up this patient's new pump. She had it delivered to her house so that there would be no delay. What a wonderful compassionate and caring nurse to make sure a patient is completely taken care of while hospitalized. Way to go above and beyond, Kelly!
