Kelly is a great nurse and team player. The other night I had a really busy shift. My patient was about to be CAT called and I also had a patient on the way up from the ED as my admission. I felt like I was drowning. Kelly offered to help me with my admission without me having to ask. My admission came; I quickly did vital signs and an assessment. Kelly came into the room and finished for me. She did the admission database, showed the family around the unit and did education. She went above and beyond and I was so grateful.
