I am a patient on 2 Rosengarten. I must be honest; I can be a difficult patient at times because I am a quadriplegic and my attitude to staff is harsh at times. But even with that, Kelly has never held that against me. Kelly's kind and caring demeanor made me feel like I am not a burden or inconvenience. She encouraged me to be positive with my care. Kelly went above and beyond every day. I am lucky to have had her caring and being supportive of me.
