Kelly Dwyer, RN
Kelly has gone above and beyond during the pandemic. Despite being a relatively new nurse, Kelly demonstrated competence and composure while on duty through some of our most stressful times. Her nursing care and compassion for patients is never a question and she is often willing to take on more as our unit struggled to stay on top during the height of the pandemic. She always took on extra shifts to relieve staffing issues. Her skills from her prior position as a HUC came in handy when our unit was often overwhelmed. Kelly more than demonstrates SMC’s Mission and Values. She is truly an asset to SMC, our unit, and any patient she is involved in her nursing care. Thank you, Kelly!
