Kelly was kind, attentive, and above all else caring.
I was having my first child, a son, with my husband. I was at the hospital all morning, then it was shift change, and Kelly walked in. I didn’t know she (along with my husband) would be my guardian angel. Kelly was kind, attentive, and above all else caring. She also expressed high standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills. She made the hospital feel warm and welcoming. Kelly made sure that during my epidural, I was calm. She made the epidural seem so easy and helped me through everything. I ended up having an emergency C-section, and it was scary. The next thing I knew, Kelly was calming me down. She reassured me that my son and husband were waiting for me. Kelly took the best care of me during the scariest moment of my life. I cannot thank her enough. She even came back to check on me and say goodbye when her shift was over! She is an amazing asset to the hospital, and I did not want her hard work to go unnoticed.
