Kelly never had a problem answering any question more than once. She always explained everything for us to understand what was going on. She made us feel like she was taking care of our baby like it was her own. Kelly would reassure us if anything was changing with our baby. She would let us know. She always seemed very passionate about her job. When our baby started making progress, I could tell Kelly was very excited for me and my wife. I believe Kelly gives her best. She sure means a lot to my wife and me.
