Kelly Forte 2, BSN, RN

Kelly was assigned as my nurse that whole day and she was so attentive and the best nurse I ever had. Her timing was great because she was always there whenever I needed help going to the bathroom. She was also there when I got back from my biopsy test to help me walk back to my bed, but unfortunately, I had an accident while throwing up. So she had to clean up for me and helped me change into a new gown. She also brought pads for me just in case I have leakage. I appreciate that she is always there and thank her for everything she does for me.
