Kelly Gangluff is very charitable and is willing to help everyone without complaining or taking credit. Kelly assists her patients in a caring and compassionate way. An example of Kelly's kindness that was witnessed was her assisting an older veteran in a wheelchair to the restroom and helped his wife get him to the car. It is the little things that Kelly does for her patients that show her big heart. She takes the time to assist veterans with questions and concerns without making them feel rushed.
Kelly volunteers as charge nurse and assists all teams with their needs. She also assists the Nurse Manager with interviews and duties in addition to her other PACT duties. Kelly will assist in covering other teams without complaining so that others can have sick days or vacation days. She is a team player and portrays attributes of a DAISY Award recipient.
