Every once in a while, a "superstar" touches your life. I had that experience with Kelly Glaser, RN, third-floor nurse. She is competent, caring and tuned in. I could sense when she was on the floor. An uplifting air of joyfulness came over the staff and patients. She addressed every patient's needs with the utmost attention and follow through. Positive genuine actions are contagious. Her co-workers respect her and she respects them. They work together willingly like a well-oiled machine.
