We at Madison have received multiple compliments from this particular nurse’s patients, stating this nurse was, “exceptional, professional, kind, sincere, knowledgeable, fabulous, and outstanding.” One particular patient stated Kelly was “so attentive to every need that I had plus any additional needs” with the “best attitude of anyone to help me. Always had a smile on [their] face and tried to pick you up and make you smile, which [they] did multiple times…If I ever come back, hope to have the privilege of getting [this] nurse again.”
