In the last 6 months there have multiple instances of ​Kelly demonstrating a commitment to the staff through small acts of kindness and a huge sense of humor. I personally had a day not long ago where I was having a rough start to the shift and she pulled me to the side and just let me rant at her. There was no judgement and no negating my frustration with unhelpful silver linings. Just a safe person to vent to and sympathize with what was happening on the floor which made me feel infinitely better. We also had a colleague who had to go on leave for personal reasons and she was always asking how he was doing and trying to make sure he was ok. This is not to mention that when she is on the floor working with staff she makes it entertaining by joking with us and finding ways to make it fun. I look forward to the days when she is here and hope that she stays with Craig for many years to come.
