Kelly Hamerlinck, RN

I spoke to Kelly that my mom was coming via ambulance from her home about an hour away. When my mom arrived, she was assigned a room. Kelly is the most caring, compassionate nurse. She stayed over her shift for 2 hours to make sure my mom was cared for. She kept my family at ease in a chaotic situation. My mom was a 2:1 patient. Kelly even made my mom smile even though she was in excruciating pain. I couldn’t have asked for better care or a better charge nurse. It was hard to be on the other side, knowing that your family member could die, but Kelly made it bearable not just for my mom but also me.
