Kelly acts in a way that consistently demonstrates the values of the organization as evidenced by her passion for nursing and clinical excellence. She is always motivated to do a great job of caring for her patients and has a unique ability to put a smile on anyone's face.
Kelly is respectful to both her patients and family. She shows compassion in her role as a nurse. Kelly keeps patients informed on their plan of care and advocates for them by communicating their needs to the doctors.Kelly works well with other team members to meet the needs of her patients.
In addition to working full time in ASU/PACU, she helps the team on 2 West by picking up hours on her days off. She is an integral member of the team; she demonstrates teamwork by offering her co-workers help when she has a free minute from her own duties. Kelly creates educational posters to present to and educate other team members.
