My son had shoulder surgery. He was very fortunate to have received such great care from Kelly Hedges. Her kindness, care, and compassion significantly impacted both me and my son. She made such an effort to keep him comfortable for surgery and was extremely helpful during the discharge process. My 20-year-old son remarked many times how great she was and what a great job she did. I hope you recognize Kelly. We only spent a few hours in the PACU, but that time and her care impacted both of us. She helped to make a very painful and stressful situation better. She truly is an extraordinary nurse. You can tell how she genuinely cares for all the patients; Confluence is lucky to have her.
