I walked into this hospital and was in pain. Fast forward, they put me in a room and finally gave me pain meds sometime between 10:30 and 11:00 am. I was awakened by a doctor after finally falling asleep. A severe pain kicked right in my head down to my toes; I begged and told every nurse that came into my room. They kept trying to contact the doctor, but no response.

Four and a half hours later, I told one nurse and my husband that “I am going to die in this room” from so much pain. I decided to say my last prayer and ask the Lord for help. Five minutes later, my angel walked in. I swear I thought I was dying.

First, she was the only one who noticed that I had a fever (I had 5 people coming into my room). When my pain meds finally came in, she came to me first, prayed with me, and gave me everything that I needed for pain. She did not talk to me as if I did not understand, or give me an attitude. It was with forced love and compassion, and so much empathy.

God’s worker is walking around this hospital and makes sure that she gets all the love and space she needs to work. She is an angel, and I love her for everything she is. She is a great person inside and out.

I love you, Miss Kelly, and I hope you continue to spread love and faith.

Thank you, Kelly, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
