I was a patient who underwent a cardiac cath. I am more than pleased and satisfied with the care Miss Kelly provided me. She is beyond excellent at what she does! She is a very compassionate, caring, and kind-hearted person, very motivated to help her coworkers and provide comfort to other patients even though she is not the nurse assigned to them. Even though my stay in the unit was only for a few hours I can see that she handled the challenges and issues in her unit very calmly and patiently. Being a nurse myself who just retired recently, and now a patient, I know I can see that Miss Kelly provided excellent care to her patients. She has a congenial nature, a positive attitude, a systemic work approach, and is consistently organized and completes her work in a timely manner. I was discharged from the unit on time. Even though she knew I am also an RN she still explained everything to me and in detail. She effectively demonstrates her job knowledge above expectations. Because of her exemplary work ethic, it made a significant impact on the quality results of healthcare delivery to me and I am sure the entire institution. I was a very happy camper. My patient experience was beyond compare! Thank you to all the staff in the Cath Lab who assisted me as well.
