Ms. Kelly demonstrated a genuine concern, respect, and dedication to our daughter. She has several medical issues going on in her body, but Nurse Kelly is an experienced, highly-skilled, competent and caring professional. She worked very diligently to help our daughter to have a restful and pain-free night. She maintained a consistent schedule as she administered the different medications. She was also very knowledgeable about the medications and their inner working to maximize their effectiveness. Even when she wasn't the assigned nurse, she went out of her way to come and check on us. She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were being met. She not only took actions, but she followed up to ensure that we knew and understood what medications were being administered and the next scheduled doses. She came by after the weekend to check on us again and gave both my daughter and me an encouraging card. This sealed the deal for us. We knew we had experienced something special from a very special and caring person. Kelly is an exceptional, skilled and professional nurse. We commend her for her great work and commitment to the patient and their family.
