Kelly was exceptional. She took her time to explain or show me why/how things needed to be done. At 41 years old, I had to have a full hysterectomy and was very anxious. After, the pain was not a fun walk-in-the-park. She had real empathy for me. Her smile was very nice as well. Even my family and friends commented on how professional, sweet, caring and empathetic she was toward me. I'd like to say many of your nurses should get this award but Kelly stands out a little brighter and taller.
