Kelly provided an exceptional amount of therapeutic use of self caring for our mothers. Mother presented after a frightening cardiac event with an unknown outcome. Kelly displayed great skill in keeping mom calm (not easy to do) was courteous, supportive, informative and helpful at all times. She was instrumental in facilitating the ease of our family by responding positively at all times and allowing us to actively participate and openly communicate. Kelly is truly what nursing care is all about.
