Her compassion and teamwork goes above and beyond. Kelly let a mentally chanllenged patient sit all shift beside her at the nurse's station playing games, crossword puzzles and explained in very simple words why her discharge was being held up. The patient remained calm and Kelly continued to do her work without thinking twice about being interrupted. When ever Kelly observes another nurse drowning she will put down whatever she is doing and help them. Kelly has said "We are all part of Beaumont's family and should help out".
