After some routine testing, I received some very serious health news that was devastating and required me to be admitted to the hospital. Being a longtime nurse myself, I was very uncomfortable having to now take on the role of being a patient. Kelly went above and beyond in taking care of both my emotional and physical needs.
She was extremely professional, yet made my stay as relaxed and fun as it could be. She encouraged me when I was at my lowest and made tests happen when others said it couldn't be done.
Because of Kelly, I was able to make it through one of the worst days of my life. She is what nursing is all about. She cared, and that made all the difference.
