"Every time I come here I am met with consideration, support and understanding. Kelly displays the willingness to communicate and receive feedback. She problem solves and is respectful. Las time I was here my car was iced shut at midnight and nobody could get it open. Kelly called her family member, then called me a cab and handed me the cash to pay for the cab.
