Kelly has always called us to let us know my mom's lab results. She contacts us every month to let us know if the Procrit injection is to be put on. She always checked on my mom and even waited for us to come to the office without an appointment or without advance notice to show me or help me with my mom's injection. Thanks to her, my mom, who is disabled, doesn't have to go to the lab because she arranged for them to come to the house, which has been a huge help.
