I noticed immediately upon meeting and observing Kelly that she displayed a usually high level of dedication, compassion, and care in carrying out her duties. As a family member of a critical patient, I felt that my mom was in excellent hands with Kelly. She reassured me that it was her goal to provide excellent care and she also went above and beyond in explaining procedures and providing requested information. She is also very proactive.
