Kelly embodies the spirit of Bon Secours by exhibiting the value of Compassion. My daughter had reconstructive knee surgery and the care she received from Kelly was exceptional! Kelly’s kind and positive spirit put a smile on my teenage daughter’s face (which is hard to do)! She was very attentive to both K and me (her mother). Our requests for help were filled by Kelly in a kind and timely manner. She was quick to make us both comfortable with extra blankets and snacks. Her tireless energy and dedication to patient care are rarely seen in today’s healthcare experiences.

Kelly’s passion for serving was apparent and she set a new standard of excellence and will serve as a role model for the other nurses in the unit. I am in healthcare as well and her patient satisfaction service is second to none. She was very detail-oriented, and medication was administered on time. It is Kelly’s quality care that will continue to come back for future care and we will share this exceptional experience with family and friends.
