Kelly is an exceptional nurse at Alexian Brothers Medical Center. Peers recognize her commitment to the team and her devotion to caring excellence. The pandemic has required nursing to be more flexible each day with extensive floating and changes to care models. Kelly was nominated by a nurse who floated to her floor. This associate felt Kelly went above and beyond to make her feel more comfortable in an unfamiliar place. Kelly took initiative, assisted with patient care, and guided this floating nurse.
