Kelly Osborn is truly a valued and dedicated employee to JCMH. Kelly is also dedicated to her patients; she always goes the extra mile to meet her patients' needs. She is frequently mentioned by her patients in discharge phone calls. Patients have stated that Kelly is kind and caring and always willing to go that extra mile to make them feel safe and comfortable.
Comments from patients include: "I was having a very bad night and Kelly helped me through it", "Kelly sat and talked with me and that made me feel less anxious", "Kelly went above and beyond while I was in her care, by far Kelly is the best nurse I have ever had", "She is so caring always there asking if I was ok or needed anything", "From start to end of shift, Kelly was energetic and helpful, quickly responding to my every call. She consistently and proactively anticipated my needs".

Kelly is diligent and goes the extra mile to assist her co-workers as well. She is dependable and volunteers to work extra shifts when needed. She is a problem solver and not afraid to tackle the most difficult tasks. Kelly is a great asset to 4 North and we are very proud of her and congratulate her on her award.
