We express our deep gratitude for RN Ms. Kelly Little, who provided exceptional care and empathy to my wife during her stay at the hospital. My wife, a foreigner with no local support system, had been emotionally overwhelmed and physically exhausted due to nausea and difficulties with breastfeeding. Despite her desire to breastfeed, her nipples began bleeding, and she faced immense pain and frustration, especially after being repeatedly told to continue breastfeeding despite her condition. When Nurse Kelly arrived, she offered a compassionate and understanding approach, reassuring my wife that it was okay to use formula and that her well-being was just as important as the baby's. Kelly's empathetic and patient manner helped ease the wife's emotional distress, and we recognize nurse Kelly's crucial role of humanity and personal connection in nursing care.
