Kelly has been my caregiver for the past three nights. The minute she walked into the room her voice and kind and caring manner immediately put me at ease. My situation of coming here that Tuesday for an infusion and having to be admitted to the hospital was very scary and daunting for me. So, having this beautiful person immediately put me at ease; I can't even explain how awesome that was! Also, I have worked in customer service all my life over 40 years, and I know you can do all kinds of training and classes, and it may work a bit, but the old saying "bedside manner" or customer service, caring loving people just have "it" and you just can't fake it!! Along with that, she continued to show that care while presenting a very professional and competent job!! Most importantly, she "listened" to me. This is another great skill and tell her I want to apologize for talking her ear off in the middle of the night. Those steroids really work!!! LOL - she was the best, and I will not forget her - she is special and was put there because I needed her, and she was there for me.
