I have been professionally associated with Ms. Petrulevich since 2004 and have had the opportunity to watch her amazing professional growth and progression from student nurse to staff nurse, then assistant nurse manager to her current position as the nurse manager on 4JPP. Kelly is very organized and efficient in her work. She is attentive to details and strongly embraces the team spirit on the unit. Kelly is trusted and well respected by her staff and peers and she provides role modeling for compassionate caring and professional behavior. Staff members appreciate her keen sense of humor that makes the craziest of days a little more tolerable. Kelly consistently demonstrates effective, professional communication skills when working with the multidisciplinary team and has developed excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Kelly is kind, caring, respectful and courteous towards patients, families and staff members. She consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and is able to maintain a calm demeanor, even in the midst of chaos on the clinical unit.
