Prior to having Kelly as my nurse I was informed by my various doctors and specialist details about my disease and medical decisions. I was unable to fully understand what they were trying to tell me or I would forget the information. Kelly always explained things. Yet Kelly never made you feel stupid or hurried. Kelly is patient, informed, and kind. (even my cat likes her!!) Kelly always makes sure I understand what is necessary to do and why. If she didn't know the answer Kelly would say so and research the issue to find out the correct path to follow. I think of Kelly as a friend and an advocate!
