Kelly consistently goes above and beyond in caring for our Veterans. She makes each one feel special, heard, and genuinely loved. Her empathy and kindness are evident in every interaction, and she truly embodies what it means to provide patient-centered care.
Kelly's dedication doesn't stop in her own clinic; she routinely volunteers to help in other clinics when there are staffing shortages or high workloads. She never hesitates to step in where she's needed, even when the situation is challenging. Her selflessness and reliability make her an invaluable team member.
Kelly always has a smile on her face and a warm, welcoming presence. She doesn't know how to say no when someone needs help. She supports her colleagues as much as she supports her patients, treating everyone like family. Her positivity uplifts those around her and creates a truly comforting environment for all.
