My mom was in a lot of pain and was sometimes nasty to the staff. Kelly never let that bother her. She remained professional, kind and courteous throughout moms care. Always willing to talk and assure us that mom was receiving the best care possible. Kelly is a consummate professional and an asset to UPMC in every way. We are grateful.
