Kelly Russell was exceptionally knowledgeable and excellent in her ability to explain procedures and answer questions. She is very professional yet practical in her guidance. She went above and beyond in making discharge as smooth as possible, advocating for me with other departments. She is an excellent nurse, and I would have loved to have her in my practice.
