Kelly is well known throughout the hospital for her compassion and energy. She is always courteous and helpful to others. She is efficient and thorough in her work and finishes her job in a timely manner. Kelly shows great concern for the welfare of others and is actively involved in finding solutions to difficult challenges. Last week at the end of her shift, I got a new admission at the same time my other patient requested an injection for his rheumatoid arthritis that he gets at home. Kelly stayed extra time to help tend to the patient's needs and also helped me finish my admission. She made a few phone calls regarding the policy of required injection, also made calls to the doctor and pharmacy who ordered and delivered the medication. She then gathered all the required equipment for the injection to be administered.
